LeasePlan Italia, è alla ricerca di n.1 Vehicle Delivery Support da inserire un contratto a tempo determinato, all'interno della Direzione Procurement & Supplier Management.

Il ruolo, basato a Trento, riporta al Vehicle Delivery Supervisor.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:

Il ruolo ha l'obiettivo garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività operative inerenti la logística e movimentazione dei veicoli in consegna, sia nuovi che usati, e messa in disponibilità ai clienti, nel rispetto delle tempistiche previste e delle linee di costo.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA':

Assicurare la corretta gestione delle attività operative assegnate (inserimento dati nel sistema, contatti con trasportatori, solleciti e monitoraggio dello stato del trasporto ecc) nei tempi previsti;
Supportare la struttura commerciale, Customer&Driver e gli altri reparti operativi per la gestione dei "case" tracciati in CRM nonché per specifiche richieste inerenti la consegna/trasporto dei veicoli.

CONOSCENZE - CAPACITA' - ATTITUDINI:

Laurea;
Preferibile precedente esperienza in ambito logística/supply chain;
Relazione con i fornitori, conoscenza dei processi e relazioni interfunzionali;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Buona conoscenza, del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point);
Query AS400.
