multi-regional sales development in Northern Italy and achievement of the assigned targetsplan and execute commercial activities to train Travel Agents and guide their sales orientations; by phone and web visits (80%) and physical through business trips in the large territory of Northern Italy (20%); analyze portfolio performance and support Area Manager in taking critical decisionsmanage co-marketing budget to develop micro marketing activitiesPromote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the companys leaders to obtain outstanding results

Requirements:
- senior experience (at least 5+ years) in Sales Team
- residence or domicile nearby Genoa
  • Both sales and analytics attitude. Able to keep a positive relation at every level of the organization. Proven capability in teamwork. Proven capability in digital promotion
  • Problem Solving orientation

Languages spoken:
Italian, English at least B1- analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to react quickly to a fast-changing environment and propensity to deliver under pressure. Motivation and result orientation. Solid team-working culture and good project management skills. Excellent communication skills, public speaking & storytellingeffectiveness is a must have. Open to diversity and cultural differences.
