    Our Consultants are vital to NielsenIQ's success. We works with clients to provide insights and advanced solutions to drive their business and grow their portfolios. Our work helps our clients set growth strategies and determines what products you ultimately see on the shelf. Our team members are experts across various categories and are viewed as trusted partners by our clients. Consultants within the Customer Success Team are responsible for managing the relationship with assigned clients to lead the adoption and application of NIQ solutions to profitably grow customer loyalty and drive sales.

    We are confident and capable crafters of compelling insights and deliver clear and actionable recommendations to our clients, helping them grow their business.

    A successful candidate for this role will be someone who can establish strong relationships with both our clients and our colleagues. You will quickly become a trusted partner, working with many of our clients' teams, including marketing, sales, category, and many more. You will be expected to understand our clients' needs and then create and present solutions that help those clients achieve their strategic and tactical goals.

    Our team has a wide range of backgrounds and skill sets. Some of us have backgrounds in data, some in marketing, and others in sales. We are looking for someone who is keen to bring their excellent story-telling skills to a modern, data environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for establishing strong client relationships to drive CPS client engagement and retention, interacting with senior decision makers at clients by demonstrating on-going value
  • Ensures pro-active Consumer Panel Data insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to the team by being an expert with an ability to explain methodology behind key analytics to clients
  • Autonomously interacts with client staff both on basic and advanced client needs; leads client meetings and presentations over the phone and in person
  • Collaborates with other NielsenIQ local and global teams to provide holistic support to clients
  • Acts in line with the Service level of the client assigned. Drives cost effectiveness each time there is the chance
  • Identifies and pursues Conusmer Panel Data sales opportunities at client meetings/during analysis
  • Demonstrates high standards of performance, promotes a strong team environment. Partners with CS Analytics&Insights, CPS and Sales teams
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential
  • Exceptional storytelling ability, adept at crafting engaging and persuasive narratives, with the skill to transform complex concepts into compelling and memorable stories
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, consistently showcasing the ability to shape and influence industry discourse through innovative ideas, insightful perspectives, and strategic vision
  • Proven client-facing and communication/presentation skills – deliver research results to senior stakeholders on the client's side in a clear, consistent manner
  • Knowledge of the client's business environment and financial acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and consumer data
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates within a virtual environment
  • Strong Interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities; ability to adapt to complex and changing organization; ability to manage time schedules.
  • Excellent project management skill
  • 3+ years experience in FMCG and client dynamics
  • Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Italian: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spoken
  • English: fully proficient, both written and spoken

    This is a full time role based in Milan offering a hybrid working mode combining working from home, office and visiting clients. Please note that preferable starting date is May 2024.
