The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Investment Intern to join our team in Milan.

This is not a "shadowing" internship. You will work directly with the investment team on live transactions, financial models, investment memos, and strategic analysis. The role is designed for top-tier students or recent graduates who want real exposure to infrastructure investing and digital real estate.

You will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI infrastructure, energy strategy, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

• Support the development and review of financial models (DCF, IRR, scenario analysis)
• Assist in underwriting new greenfield and brownfield opportunities
• Analyze capex assumptions, power strategy, and lease-up dynamics

Transaction Support

• Contribute to due diligence processes (technical, financial, legal coordination)
• Prepare investment committee materials and internal presentations
• Support data room preparation and documentation

Market & Strategic Research

• Conduct research on data center markets, hyperscaler demand, and AI-driven growth
• Analyze energy markets, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape
• Support site selection analysis and expansion strategy
  

What We're Looking For

• Final-year undergraduate or Master's student in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel / financial modeling
• Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in infrastructure, energy, or AI-driven industries
• High work ethic and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)

Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or real estate is a plus — but not required.
