    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Supply Planning and Technical Documentation Specialist is responsible to ensure the seamless availability of products for sale by meticulously planning orders to suppliers in accordance with commercial forecasts.

    The role is pivotal in maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.

    Additionally, the role will oversee the management of technical documentation associated with the products, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards.


    The perfect candidate will:

    • Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, adjusting purchase orders as needed to prevent stockouts or overages.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues to ensure ontime arrivals.
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of technical documentation for all products, including specifications, manuals, and certifications.
    • Organize and update technical documentation to reflect product revisions, improvements, or regulatory changes.
    • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure that technical documentation meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    Job Profile - Diploma from an industrial technical institute (mechanical, electronic, electrical), or higher education level

    • Fluency in English and Italian languages, both written and spoken;
    • Previous experience of 1/3 years in a technical or supply chain role is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and forecasting;
    • Good communication and negotiation abilities for engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
    • Familiarity with technical documentation management systems and standards is preferred;
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation;
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
