Working as a Category Manager of Digital Solutions within the Product Marketing team means you are accountable for the digital and connectivity solutions portfolio strategy definition and execution for Partners and Customers.


CATEGORY MANAGER DIGITAL SOLUTIONS:


PURPOSE:


Please ensure the definition, analysis, and proposal of the digital and connectivity solutions portfolio strategy for key partners and customers across markets and segments are in close collaboration with Category Managers and in line with the Strategic Plan.


MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Act as a central player for the Customers' journey of Digital Solutions for all the Group Brands and product categories, contributing to building connected systems and solutions for the best possible experience for Consumers and Professionals everywhere.

pursuing the vision "to inspire those who work, drink, love and live with coffee" by guaranteeing a valuable portfolio of Digital and Connectivity Solutions
analyze and translate market trends and Customers' needs into an offering portfolio dedicated to each Distribution Channel and Segment;
act in cooperation with Brand and Product Category management to ensure a Solutions portfolio lifecycle management;
cooperate with Commercial functions in presenting DigitalSolutions to key Partners and Customers;
as product marketing manager for the Solutions portfolio, acts as a product manager concerning the internal competence centers (assets management and services, IoT and Connectivity R&D team), ensuring the Solutions development process from the idea generation to the market;
support the internal competencies center in guaranteeing an increased value from the Solutions portfolio, differentiating the offering by business segments;
participate in events such as conferences/exhibitions and product & solutions demonstrations to enhance Solutions values amongst key Partners and Customers;

ensure constant updating of the Company's Digital offering, analyzing market trends and competitive arena to identify the gaps, opportunities, and drivers for growth.


WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field with a specific focus on digital solutions,
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking experience with user interface design and prototyping tools;
experience in managing digital solutions within manufacturing companies in the home appliances category
ability to analyze and interpret data and create reports used to provide insight to key stakeholders;
organized, detail-oriented, and searching for solutions;
interest in Agile project management approach
customer-oriented approach;
passion, self-driven, and motivation;
Interest & passion for the coffee community.

Our team is in Binasco (MI).


Home Office: 6 days per month

This is a full-time position and plenty of delicious coffee.
