- Establishing and enhancing Product Assurance processes.
- Ensuring compliance of hardware development with quality standards.
- Managing EEE components selection and configuration.
- Supporting non-conformance control and documentation.
- Contributing to RAMS analysis.
- Electronics degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in Radiation Hardness Assurance
- Knowledge of EEE components for space applications
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ECSS, IPC).
- Ability to work independently
- Resilience in fast-paced environments
- Clear technical communication skills
