Job DescriptionIn this role, you have the opportunity to join our Enterprise Diagnostic Imaging (EDI) Service Engineers team.

Join a large IT Service Organization, ensuring high quality services in the Medical IT arenaWork from a high competences European Customer Service Center.

Be a point of reference for our customers for what concerns technical aspects.
You are responsible toRestore customer operations in the fastest possible time.
Work with Health Care Information Technology Products and Infrastructure.

Make the most of your technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot IT solutions at any level (HW, SW, Database and Network).Participate to the definition and be the owner of the action plan needed for the technical resolution.

Work cooperatively with other technical teams to provide tools and processes to help preventing common problems.

Monitor incoming case volumes and react to incident trends and critical issues by workingwith the management to develop a resolution plan.

Ensure respect of SLAs.
Participate to 24/7 on call support program/service.

You are a part ofthe EMEA Service Desk responsible for delivering service on EDI products in IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece)To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceUniversity Degree/Master Degree in IT or equivalent desirable.5-10 years experience from Incident management, Customer Care Support, Service Engineering or Delivery of software solutions, preferably in Healthcare IT industry.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience of databases (Oracle), servers, storage (including but not limited to virtualization environments such as VM-ware and/ore Hyper-V), computers, networks,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid relationships.

Italian native and fluent English level.

Knowledge on DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7) and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) as well as Radiology Workflow is a plus.
