- Preparation of requirement matrix
- Management of interfaces
- Planning and monitoring of engineering activities (with planner support)
- Definition of deliverables list (with Project Engineer support)
- Determination of in-house vs. outsourced engineering activities and involvement in selecting external service providers (with Site Engineering Manager support)
- Transfer of project inputs and assistance to Project Engineer(s) in their analysis
- Organization and management of project Design Reviews
- Coordination of Project Engineers
- Support to PE in technical review of deliverables and technical proposals from suppliers
- Management of project documentation issuance to the customer and site
- Management of technical relationships with other company functions (Project Manager, Installation, Procurement) and the customer
- Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the railway sector
- Proficiency in English language: B2 level
- Software knowledge: Microsoft Office (required), Autocad (required), Revit (desired), Mathlab (desired)
- Knowledge of project control and management techniques
- Soft skills: Leadership, Delegation skills, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Results orientation
