Job Description:


As part of a client team, you will advise corporate HR teams on the personal income tax and pension consequences of employing people in an international context (both inbound and outbound) and assist individual taxpayers (both residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax and social security situation.


You will be the bridge between the individual, the company and the tax authorities and assist employees and companies with practical personal income tax aspects like tax returns and salary calculations as well as tax litigation.

You'll experience how the advice you provide to a client impacts the day-to-day practicalities and vice versa.

You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities both inside and outside our newly established organization.

You will become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.


Qualifications:


  • You have a master's or bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or you are a qualified Labor Law Consultant or you are graduating this academic year and
  • You are fluent in Italian and English;
  • You have an appetite for numbers and for contact with people from all over the globe and
  • Accuracy, a critical mindset and good writing skills, "_street market attitude_" are embedded in your DNA as well as a practical and handson attitude and
  • You are wellorganized, and able to meet (tight) deadlines and
  • You have a drive and dynamism that contributes to the team spirit and
  • You are looking for a fun and great place to work
