- HR Manager plays a critical role in managing the growth of the Italy Business
- You will work both at local level and closely with other Countries
- Supervise the HR function in the Country
- Lead the HR Team and ensure high quality in daily operations
- He/ She is part of the local leadership team
- Design and lead the ER/IR Agenda in country
- Conception of local employment policies in compliance with global policies and ensure compliance by user friendliness and engagement.
- Influence the organizational and procedural decisions at Group level bringing the vision and the needs of the Country (focus on HR policy, regulations & process);
- Coach, moderate and advise line managers and employees on HR related queries:
- Advise and partner the business in line with the HR strategy and strive for optimal performance & well being of all employees;
- Advise and support the business leaders to come to optimal decisions;
- Influence the managers in creating trust, pride and happiness to become the place to be to work;
- Take care of HR systems, processes and procedure's standardisation and integration, in compliance with the Group's guideline;
- Be responsible for local tools to steer guide and for guiding the implementation of new or adjusted guiding principles, systems and ways of working;
- Improve the staff development plan in order to enhance resources skills set and organising training with the help of the Group Talent Function
- Ensure a clear and effective level of communication with other functions on development and training plans;
- Liaison for diverse external HR partners;
- Lead local roll-out of global projects.
- Influence leadership in an inspiring and creative way, communicates in style;
- Plan interventions aimed at improving performance;
- Identify critical areas and intervene with improvement and efficiency actions;
