Key purpose of the role

  • To develop and execute successful recruitment campaigns to promote Istituto Marangoni programs within the assigned area
  • To be responsible for performance management of representatives, including performance reviews, annual negotiation about commissions and recruitment goals, future development plans
  • To constantly monitor enrolments performances in order to propose specific actions to meet the goals and to improve the results
  • To develop and constantly improve a commercial strategy of enrolments acquisition via the different acquisition channels following headquarters guidelines and in constant coordination with the Head of Sales
  • To contribute in the development of the yearly communication and marketing strategy and plan for the assigned area
  • To provide effective, circumstantial and timely feedback to the headquarters about market trends and challenges, competitors, potential partners and pricing directions
  • To contribute to the control and reduction of CpS (cost per student) whilst increasing RpS (revenue per student)
  • To motivate representatives, establishing annual recruitment goals and objectives
  • To identify representatives' needs and grow relationships through training and support
  • To establish good relationships with media partners within the assigned area with the goal to increase awareness and visibility of the brand being always supported and in contact with the headquarters communication dept.
  • To represent Istituto Marangoni at international events and educational fairs within the assigned area
  • To provide orientation and information towards prospective students and their relatives
  • To develop partnership initiatives and maintain existing relations with Universities
  • To provide a constant feedback and monthly report to Head of Sales
  • To be the link for colleagues at headquarters and schools towards recruitment partners for mediation, problem solving and the control of communication and marketing guidelines and brand standards
  • Being constantly in relationship with Consulates and Embassy for to make the Visa process fluent & efficient

Education & skills

  • Bachelor degree or above in Economics or similar
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales environment
  • Language capabilities: excellent in English and Russian
  • Strong analytical capabilities (with advanced excel capabilities and experience in monitoring/reporting results and data to top management)
  • Proactivity, people management and outstanding leadership soft skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Handson approach
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proficient user of main web tools (html, css, etc) problemsolving attitude, proactivity and datadriven approach
  • Previous experience in the luxury/fashion industry is a plus
