- Master's degree in Engineering, Reliability, Quality Management, or similar applicable field.
- Experience managing complex electrical power system projects in a variety of industries
- Extensive knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance Planning, CMMS, and Enterprise Asset Management tools.
- Success developing metric suites and applying facts/data to drive process improvement.
- Experience defining and owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership independently with limited guidance.

To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright and driven people.The Global RME Central Electrical Engineering team is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to develop and oversee a program focused on upgrading electrical power systems at existing facilities within Europe.
In this role, the TIPM will be responsible for managing the fulllifecycle of electrical distribution upgrades from project identification though implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of electrical power systems with demonstrated experience in strategy, design, construction, and maintenance.
The individual plays a critical role in our organization's commitment to maintaining safe, reliable, and cost-effective electrical distribution systems.Key Responsibilities1. Identify sites and develop conceptual designs for the upgrades of low voltage and medium voltageelectrical distribution systems.2.
Partner with outside electrical engineering firms and electrical contractors to implement the solutioncompliant with existing Amazon and relevant industry standards3.
Perform project estimates and financial return on investment calculations4. Secure and oversee funding of projects/programs5. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders6. Support operations; construction; and other relevant departments with product development and testing7. Conduct equipment failure investigation and provide mitigation solutions8.Monitor trends in electrical system reports, and escalate as necessary to drive improvements; or immediate corrective actions to electrical systemsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Milan, ITABASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent significant electrical engineering experience- Specialism in power systems resilience- In-depth knowledge of power system analysis tools and methodologies- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical engineering- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
