    Position: Performance Development Engineer

    Workplace type: on-site

    Locations: Trieste / Trst, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, IT; and Rome, Italy

    Responsibilities

    • Work combines simulation and engine testing to optimize engine power, efficiency, emissions, and transient behavior.
    • Involved in test planning and execution on both single- and multi-cylinder engines, data analysis, and validation activities.
    • Analyze simulation and measurement results with interpretation, conclusions and reporting.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
    • Initial experience in internal combustion engine development.
    • Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
    • Good communication skills in English.
