We are looking for a
Team Leader Production.

Summary:

Coordinate operators' team of own area of competence with the purpose to guarantee target achlevement both in terms of productivity and quality aspects.

She/He is involved in projects and activities needed for production continuous improvement, monitoring timing, minimizing scraps and equipments downtime. I

Production management:

- allocate resources in line with production plans;
- manage on a daily basis reports related to Team results and be able to explain devlations from the target;
- anticipate potential criticities related to raw material procurement and be responsible of inventory counting accuracy;

Improve Its own area through structured methodologies;

Quality:

- ensure procedures and quallty rules are correctly applied in the shopfloor and partecipate to their update/improvement;-ensure the prompt reporting of non conformities and the management of corrective actions in collaboration with the relevant bodies;
- be the first reference for maintenance of equipments and production tools;

Project Management of production team:

- give feedbacks to operators with the purpose of continuous improvement;-ensure training of operators, recording the status;
- keep flexibllity level aligned with production objectives;
- ensure to keep the appropriate reletionships among people in production shopfloor;
- manage working time and vacations of the team;
- propose promotions and recognitions;
- make staff aware of changes, sensitizing people;
- anticipate potential criticities linked to human resources in short and mid term;

Time/Methods:

Implements and maintains work standards records and measures, Including estimation of setup and accessory times for all manufacturing processes.
Is responsible for methods improvements of manufacturing processes to provide most economical means of production.
Provides technical support for plant layout, purchase of equipment, upgrade of equipment, feasibility studies, cycle modifications.

Lean Manufacturing:

In agreement with CRM Operations staff, describes and roll out Lean principles implementation plan.
In compliance with above plan, leads Lean activities, calculating Cost/Benefit, and monitors the related action plans execution.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

Understanding and ability to detall the technical and quality aspectsof the production of hightech devices and reliability;
Management and motivation of staff;
Ability to work in team and result orientation;
Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental standards;
Knowledge of English language;Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize;
Knowledge of Office Pack (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing metodology and tools;
Degree in Mechanical/Biomedicalengineering
