Job Purpose:

Technical PM is responsible for the layout design of SW Solutions, for handling and executing project in the market and coordinate external figures (architects or structural engineer) connected to the project.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Production / design of products layout to perform the tender/offer.
Construction site inspection for postorder management and technical support.
Provision of technical sheets to be submitted for the tender/offer to the customer.
Perform surveys at health facilities in order to dimension the equipment functionally to the needs of the client or structure.
Assess the technicaleconomic feasibility of customer requests.
Assigning the right priorities to the various activities part of the project.
Coordinate the project execution on site (organizing the different suppliers/partners involved intervention) to the customer order.
Ensure the project implementation respects the agreement with customers in terms of standards and timing.
Support the SW team with technical issues in Surgical Workplace product range.
Start to manage relationship with partners in order to ensure the proper project implementation and the customer satisfaction.
Support sales force and Area Manager about technical info in tender/quotation phase about SW equipment.
Support Sales Force in the Field Visits and collect information and needs from Customer's perspectives.
Coordinate external figure connected to the project (architecs or structural engineer) about costs, timing and scheduling activities.
Responsible in approving technical file of SW equipment before ordering to factory.
Responsible for executive layout before installation phase.
Responsible in Custom made products (es. Stainless steel closing wall in CSSD)

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

Key competences/skills:

Inclination providing/selling solutions to clients.
High problem solving capacity.
Knowledge on project leading dynamics.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Inclination to challenge the customer and to look for solutions and possibilities will also be a key factor for this position.
Able to communicate efficiently with different clients and stakeholders is an important asset in order to succeed in the role.
Customers centricity approach.

Experiences:
(at least 5) experience from a similar position, ideally within the medical device industry, knowledge of hospital and healthcare environment and be willing to meet clients on the field.

IT Skills:
Good level in Microsoft Office package / AUTOCAD / Project Management SW (MS Project).

Education:
academic degree within healthcare or engineering (structural or mechanical).

Languages:
Fluent Italian and fluent English.
