Vice President Integrated Business Planning CCH Tagetik

Overview


The Vice President "Integrated Business planning CCH Tagetik" is responsible for the overall product portfolio vision, strategy and execution related to CCH Tagetik's offering of Integrated Business planning to large and global Enterprises.


This function combines all current product management functions within CCH Tagetik related to planning (FP&A, S&OP, Operational planning) as well as the Innovation function related to planning and forecasting that is focusing on the product related to planning and forecasting).

The key focus is on the evolution of CCH Tagetik's Integrated Business planning offering as mentioned above and to position CCH Tagetik as a global leader within this space based on advanced technologies like AI and ML.

The VP is accountable for creating and articulating the overall Integrated Business Planning product portfolio strategy in close collaboration with other functions (e.g. VP product platform, Director Financial Close, Director Regulatory reporting, VP Product Marketing).

The overall product-related customer experience related to planning with a specific focus on different User Personas (e.g.

End-User, leadership user, CFO), product lifecycle, preparing the 3-year-vision roadmap, the 1-year-execution roadmap, driving the quarterly Program Increment Process (SAFE-PI) related to planning as well as talent development within planning-related Product Management related roles.


The focus of the position is to deeply understand the marketplace broadly and then, align with CCH Tagetik strategic and tactical priorities in close collaboration with the development function, to drive the product development for the CCH Tagetik Integrated Business Planning offering and to support a successful Go-to-market-execution.


Furthermore, this organization is constantly identifying innovation opportunities for market and product expansion to support the CCH Tagetik accelerated growth agenda; and to ensure the organization is operating as efficiently as possible with an inspired, engaged, and talented workforce.


This role will execute the segment priorities through other CCH Tagetik functional organizations (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance).


Key accountabilities include:

  • Develop, articulate, and lead the execution of a robust product roadmap for the Office of CFO of large and global Enterprises based on the CCH Tagetik platform that leverages the highly extensible architecture of the core platform as a strategic asset for the delivery of additional products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the core business and trends within the Office of CFO, scale and scope of total market opportunity, customer profile, market ownership, competitive landscape, and market trends to effectively evaluate prospects for share of wallet growth, increased market share, and expansion into logical adjacencies. Utilize customer insights analyses in the planning for optimizing price and market positions.
  • Develop and effectively execute a Product portfolio strategy for growth including, but not limited to, optimizing current product offerings, leveraging new product opportunities to enhance existing offerings, evaluating options for new solutions sets for customers and strategically operationalizing those, strengthening underperforming customer segments, identifying and pursuing new customer segments, developing and executing on appropriate marketing and communications to powerfully articulate the value proposition to the market, and working closely with other functions (Marketing, Gotomarket, customer success) to ensure sales and service teams are fully prepared to properly represent the CCH Tagetik brand while strengthening relationships with customers so that CCH Tagetik is reliably perceived as the provider of choice.
  • Drive top line related to Integrated Business Planning (Sales, revenue) and portfolio growth (ARR).
  • Ensure a superior quality and customer experience resulting into a high NPS.
  • Translate business strategy into a compelling and inspiring "call to action" for employees. Focus on securing and developing the right talent to meet current commitments with an eye to future growth; maintain a bench of highly capable, diverse, and engaged talent with the capability to deliver on growth aspirations.
  • Define and deliver the CCH Tagetik BI and reporting offering.
  • Drive the evolution of the CCH Tagetik UX/UI experience considering innovative technologies and new customer experience evolution arriving from Web
  • Drive a constant innovation process.
  • Strong Collaboration with CCH Tagetik Platinum and Gold customers as part of the CCH Tagetik Loyalty program.
  • Be the Spokesperson for Market Analysts.
  • Represent CCH Tagetik as a speaker on conferences and similar events.
