About the Role

This is a high-impact role that requires an experienced legal professional who can navigate complex commercial and technology-related issues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, data protection, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts (SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs)
• Managing customer and supplier contracts lifecycle to ensure compliance and minimize risk
• Supporting sales teams with contract templates and playbooks for rapid turnaround of negotiations
• Negotiating contracts with technology providers, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure contractual compliance

A key requirement for this position is ensuring Spoki operates within full legal compliance while supporting business growth through effective risk management strategies.

h5>Main Responsibilities*  * Contract Management & Negotiation* Drafts , reviews ,and negotiates business-to-business software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements , master service agreement(MSA), non-disclosure-agreements(NDAS) partnership-agreements.* Manages all aspects of customer-and-supplier-contracts-lifecycle-assuring regulatory-compliance,& minimizing-risk-reward-opportunities-& achieving-strategic-goals -through-economical utilization-of-resources-in-the-execution.& Provides ongoing guidance on interpreting SaaS vendor licensing terms</h5>
