For our Milan Office we are looking for a talented and ambitious
Supply Chain Specialist -
Management of customer orders.

THE ROLE:
The person will join our Supply Chain & Logistics Department and will have the following responsibilities:

Creation of Purchase Requisition into ERP based on the planning results;
Taking care of receiving and placing orders into ERP and replying to customers queries;
Follow up of the orders completion together with the External Warehouse;
Transport organization, shipping documents preparation and shipping organization;
Support to the customers and returns/queries management.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience within the role;
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain or other technical fields;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Proactive, goal oriented and handson attitude, stress management ability.
