Azienda:

Our client is a multinational manufacturing entity, renowned globally for its products, supported by a network of production and distribution facilities in over 70 countries.

With a revenue of €550 million and 850 employees, the company is in search of a
Credit Collector - Spain (M/F) and a
Credit Collector - Portugal (M/F) to join their Shared Service Center located in Padua Area (Italy).

Responsibilities:

Tracking outstanding debts, locating and contacting debtors;
Create and implement debt collection courses of action, negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans;
Handle customers questions or complaints;
Update account status and balances regularly;
Comply with legal requirements in cooperation with German local colleagues.

Competenze ed esperienza:

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English or fluent in Portuguese and English;
Previous experience as credit collector is a plus;
Experience in working with tight deadlines;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Good negotiation skills and team player;
Good timemanagement, interpersonal and communication skills.
