Job Description Our Claim Management department is looking for a Claim Engineer to be included within its organization.

The person will mainly deal with the following activities:

• Complaints management of an Italian-foreign customer portfolio for all product lines, from receipt of the complaint to the forwarding to the customer of the technical analysis on the claimed product;
• Definition of the analysis priorities of the claimed products;
• Drafting of technical analysis reports;
• Teleconferences / Periodic meetings, on site or at the customer, for discussion and closure of complaints;
• Collaboration with other company departments in order to provide / receive support during the coordination of activities relating to the management of complaints.

Qualifications The ideal candidate has a technical course of study (Degree in Engineering), is interested in gaining work experience within the after-sales area and is available to travel to clients.

Good familiarity with the main IT tools (MS OFFICE) is required for this role.

It is also necessary to have a good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written); knowledge of the German and Japaneselanguage is a preferential title.

Organizational autonomy, flexibility, predisposition to team work and personal contacts, initiative and propensity to assume responsibility complete the profile.
