Job description:


  • All'interno del Ristorante 1 stella Michelin in accordo e sotto la supervisione dell'Executive Chef, la risorsa:
  • è responsabile per l'esecuzione della propria partita
- si occupa della mise en place
- sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti
- misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
- controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate
- supporta la brigata in caso di necessità

  • Inside the 1 Michelin star restaurant in agreement and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the resource:
  • is responsible for the execution of his own work
- takes care of the mise en place
- chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
- measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
- checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
- supports the brigade in case of need

Profile description:


  • Diploma o qualifica o esperienze in ambito alberghiero, corsi di formazione ad hoc
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo maturata in hotel con elevati standard, ristoranti gourmet e/o stellati, Relais & Chateaux
  • Conoscenze delle varie tecniche di cottura e conservazione dei cibi, sui grani, le farine, sul pesce, sulle carni, sulle salse e dei vari condimenti di base
  • Completano il profilo: la passione, la flessibilità, la gestione del tempo e la collaborazione con il team
  • Diploma or qualification or experiences in the hotel sector, ad hoc training courses
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role gained in hotels, gourmet and/or starred restaurants, Relais & Chateaux
  • Knowledge of the various techniques of cooking and preserving food, on grains, flours, fish, meats, saucesand various basic condiments
  • Complete the profile: passion, flexibility, time management and collaboration with the team
