Qualified Financial Accountant - Remote - Italy

Aspire Software is looking for an experienced and dynamic Qualified Financial Accountant to join our team in Europe

Aspire Software is hiring for a Qualified Financial Accountant to join our growing finance team and play a mission-critical role in helping to shape and develop two of our enterprise software companies in Italy and Germany.

The Qualified Financial Accountant will be responsible for driving all financial activities within these two subsidiary companies.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Perform financial period close tasks and complex journal entries/accounting analysis
• Perform Balance Sheet analysis and reviews, including reconciliations of accounts (including review of the reconciliations done by the junior accountants)
• Preparing financial KPIs and reviewing for accuracy
• Participate in the completion of audit engagements and compliance requirements
• Prepare adhoc performance analysis and management reporting
• Assist in financial integration for new acquisitions
• Perform variance analysis of actual results vs. financial plans (budgets and forecasts)
• Participate in special projects
• Fully responsible for AR/AP/Month End

About You:

• Fluent in Italian, both written and verbal, is essential
• CCABqualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting is desirable
• Perform financial period close tasks and complex journal entries/accounting analysis
• Perform Balance Sheet analysis and reviews, including reconciliations of accounts (including review of the reconciliations done by the junior accountants)
• Preparing financial KPIs and reviewing for accuracy
• Participate in the completion of audit engagements and compliance requirements
• Prepare adhoc performance analysis and management reporting
• Assist in financial integration for new acquisitions
• Perform variance analysis of actual results vs. financial plans (budgets and forecasts)
• Participate in special projects
