Aspire Software is looking for an experienced and dynamic Qualified Financial Accountant to join our team in Europe
Aspire Software is hiring for a Qualified Financial Accountant to join our growing finance team and play a mission-critical role in helping to shape and develop two of our enterprise software companies in Italy and Germany.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Perform financial period close tasks and complex journal entries/accounting analysis
- Perform Balance Sheet analysis and reviews, including reconciliations of accounts (including review of the reconciliations done by the junior accountants)
- Preparing financial KPIs and reviewing for accuracy
- Participate in the completion of audit engagements and compliance requirements
- Prepare adhoc performance analysis and management reporting
- Assist in financial integration for new acquisitions
- Perform variance analysis of actual results vs. financial plans (budgets and forecasts)
- Participate in special projects
- Fully responsible for AR/AP/Month End
About You:
- Fluent in Italian, both written and verbal, is essential
- CCABqualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting is desirable
- Perform financial period close tasks and complex journal entries/accounting analysis
- Perform Balance Sheet analysis and reviews, including reconciliations of accounts (including review of the reconciliations done by the junior accountants)
- Preparing financial KPIs and reviewing for accuracy
- Participate in the completion of audit engagements and compliance requirements
- Prepare adhoc performance analysis and management reporting
- Assist in financial integration for new acquisitions
- Perform variance analysis of actual results vs. financial plans (budgets and forecasts)
- Participate in special projects
