THE ROLE

You will play a key role in building and evolving Holifya's technology platform.

This is a hands-on role for a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys shipping high-impact features and working closely with product, design, and founders in a fast-paced startup environment.

You won't be expected to "own everything" — but you will be expected to contribute meaningfully, think critically, and ship with high standards.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our core product:

• Develop and maintain features across the full stack
• Backend: Supabase / PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React / TypeScript
• Mobile: React Native
• Infrastructure: Vercel (AWS legacy environment)
• Translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable code
• Collaborate closely with founders, design, and data teams
• Contribute to architectural discussions and suggest improvements
• Integrate third-party services (Stripe, , lab systems, insurance APIs)
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Help optimize performance, reliability, and developer experience
• Support implementation of AI-powered features within the product (e.g. automation tools, data-driven personalization)
• You will focus on execution, quality, and iteration speed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Non-negotiables:

• Milan-based (in person ~3 days/week)
• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React
• Solid backend experience environment, PostgreSQL)
• Experience building and shipping production features end-to-end
• Experience working with third-party API integrations
• Preference for working in fast-paced startup environments
• High proficiency in English (Italian strongly preferred)
• High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail

Strong plus / nice to have (not mandatory):

• Experience in early-stage startups
• Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, fintech, or regulated industries
• Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS
• Exposure to AI-powered features or automation tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel)
