Leonardo Belgium (LBe) is looking for a
Service Delivery Manager that will have the
unique and exciting opportunity to lead the operation of a new Security Operations Centre (C-SOC) and contribute to the development of the organization's cyber resilience.


Job description:


  • Working location : Redu, Belgium
  • Hybrid working, 13 days onsite a week
  • Relocation or possibility to commute needed
  • Different types of collaboration possible
  • Open to Italians wiling to relocate to Belgium

The
main objective of the SOC team is:


  • Security monitoring, in-depth incident analysis, and crisis management support
  • Customer relations, including providing recommendations, continuous service improvement, and incident remediation support
  • Continuous improvements, including the development of process/procedure manuals and participation in the improvement plan for service efficiency and detection rules


The
Service Delivery Manager profile that will lead the operation of the new C-SOC should have a strong background in service management, operations management, and security operations.


His main responsibilities include:

  • Lead the operation of the C-SOC, ensuring the delivery of highquality security services to tenants.
  • Develop and maintain service management processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity management.
  • Manage the operational aspects of the C-SOC, including the deployment of security tools, the management of security incidents, and the maintenance of system availability.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, including personal data protection and privacy laws.
  • Manage the relationship with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the C-SOC.
  • Manage the budget and resources of the C-SOC, ensuring costeffectiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including ESA's IT department, the Security Cyber Centre of Excellence (SCCoE), and the Mission Operations Infrastructure.

Profile:

Experience Level: At least 5 years of experience in service management, operations management, or security operations.

Education: At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and experience in working with stakeholders

Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Leadership and management certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP)
would be an asset:


  • Technical skills: Strong knowledge of security policies, regulations, and best practices. Experience in developing and maintaining service management processes, managing budgets and resources, and knowledge of security tools and technologies, including event and log management solutions, security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR), and cyber threat intelligence (CTI).

Languages: English CEFR level B2 minimum, both written and spoken

Other requirement: Eligible to undergo security clearance procedure (EU citizenship needed)
