He/She will be responsible of the entire planning coordination process by providing media planning and buying recommendation for offline.
We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and curious people, who always ask an extra question and love to learn and work with others.
- Coordinate junior planners in the daytoday implementation and optimization of the campaigns
- Demonstrate a high degree of agility in a fastpaced environment
- Assist in the analysis of research to develop the objectives, strategies, and tactics
- Deliver competitive report and analyze campaigns results
- Analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance
- Responsible for billing process as well as an understanding of media and creative concepts
- Accuracy, precision, attention to details and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of media agency dynamics and environment
- Ability to manage different campaign typologies
- 3/4 years related experience in Media Planning and buying are appreciated
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
- Knowledge of all aspects of Offline
- Languages: fluent Italian and good English
- Leadership, project mgm, accounting, public speaking, team player and people management, problem solving
- Ability to multitask, work successfully with team
- Client relationship management
