Job Description:

Your Challenge

For LS&E Water & Membrane Solutions business unit, at our site in Fano (Italy), Material Planning and Logistics Manager will responsible for leading all logistics processes, information and material flow.

As driver of standardization and continuous improvement in the material supply chain process, you will

Manage all MP&L processes, leading the end-to-end operational plan, from the entry of products and materials, through production, to delivery
Ensure efficient and timely supply of parts/material to production lines
Maintain and create metrics, reports, process documentation with the overall objective to proactively highlight potential problems and drive improvements from a financial and operational aspect
Create and implement corrective actions
Analyze relevant business information to make critical decisions which may impact bottom line results
Lead and Coach Procurement/Scheduling/Logistics teams to solve complex problems concerning supply chain issues, according to the Group SOP guidelines
Your Profile

Education:
Bachelor/University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Statistics related fields

Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing industry, and well structured company

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of sedApta, S4/HANA and MS Office.
Good knowledge in Operations (incl. SAP transactional)
Material Planning and Logistics Process Knowledge

Preferred Skills:

Lean Principles, like PULL, value stream development, kanban
Critical thinking, problem solving skills

Languages:
Mandatory Italian and English; German good to have
