Dai un'occhiata ai nostri canali social:https:// :// :// siamoAbbiamo sedi a Milano, Lecce e Madrid.Adottiamo una modalità di lavoro ibrida, con presenza in ufficio richiesta solo per il 20% del tempo mensile.Chi cerchiamoSiamo alla ricerca di un Agentic AI Specialist che si unisca al nostro team prodotto.Vogliamo rendere i dati sui veicoli più accurati, scalabili e intelligenti, grazie all'adozione di agenti AI autonomi.Il tuo ruolo sarà fondamentale per:Espandere l'uso dell'AI in azienda.Ottimizzare i flussi di gestione dati.Guidare soluzioni scalabili e di impatto.Cosa farai:Prototipare, sviluppare e testare agenti AI innovativi per automatizzare processi chiave (raccolta, normalizzazione, distribuzione, qualità dei dati).Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni (data engineer, product manager) per trasformare esigenze di business in soluzioni tecniche concrete.Integrare attività manuali e agenti AI, progettando processi ibridi per massima accuratezza e minimo sforzo.Progettare e gestire sistemi multi-agente e pipeline di dati per garantire disponibilità in tempo reale e integrazione tra piattaforme.Ottimizzare i flussi di lavoro, automatizzare attività e garantire sicurezza e compliance dei dati.Esplorare nuove tecnologie e framework AI, portando innovazione continua nel nostro ecosistema.Comunicare con team tecnici e non tecnici, favorendo allineamento e adozione dell'IA in tutta l'organizzazione.Adattarti alle priorità in evoluzione, prendendo iniziativa e plasmando strategie innovative.Requisiti essenziali e tecnologie:Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, Informatica o discipline affini (o esperienza equivalente).Padronanza di Python.Familiarità con LLM (Large Language Models).Esperienza con strumenti di automazione del flusso di lavoro (es.
