    Senior Electrical Engineer Job Description


    A leading engineering firm in Milan is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer to manage multidisciplinary projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems for mission-critical facilities ensuring reliable performance, managing budgets effectively, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.


    To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 7 years of experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects. Proficiency in English is essential as well as the ability to work collaboratively within diverse groups.
