What you'll do:

You will join the team of People Development & Culture directly reporting to the HR Development Discipline Leader;
You will learn and handle the different forms of Assessment tools and frameworks (behavioral, skill, situational) applied to the areas of Career Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management;
You will be involved in a dynamic and stimulating environment and you will provide support in:

Delivery of Assessment activities;

Analysis and presentation of assessment results;
Development of Power Point presentations;
Distribution and implementation of talent systems to foreign countries.

Who you are:

You have a degree in Psychology of Labour and/or Organizational Psychology;
You are flexible, proactive and focused on results;
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point;
You have a good knowledge of both written and spoken English;
You are detail focused, you have a digital mindset and you know how to work in a team.
