Posizione:

Digital Diversity Week supports ABB in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L.68/99) to be placed as Product & Quotation Process Specialist.

Your responsibilities:

Support at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales process.
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high level of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
Representative LSO for all tools related topic in the area.
Support the development and use the opportunity tracking tolls and collect the business requirement.
Ensure a proper communication and update on issue related to tools development and new functionalities.
Collaborate to the alignment on relevant KPIs to track and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Inquiry to order process.
Support the development and sharing of sales report as well as of market intelligence essentials.
Contribute to the team culture of quality and performance, supporting sharing of best practice.

Requisiti:

Belonging to the protected categories l.68/9
University degree in electrical/energetic engineering or economics.
At least 12 years of experience in any of the following areas: quotations, technical support is appreciated.
Experience in business process reengineering (BPR) is a plus.
Deep understanding of business processes as well as of organization setup.
Strategic thinking and technical knowledge to be able to work at different levels in the organization and with different stakeholders to enable sales process effectiveness.
Fluency in English (B2 level at least) and in Italian (B1 level at least).
Good relational skills.
