• Partner with both the client and the business team to develop highquality deliverables across all phases of a project (requirements gathering, design and build phases, user acceptance testing, etc.)
• Leverage expertise to consult and influence the client's direction, doing Pega the Pega way
• Demonstrate commitment to and enthusiasm for the client's success by taking personal accountability to ensure that the product is fullyfunctioning meets business requirements and is approved by our client
• Mentor and train client business stakeholders and more junior Hoverstate employees
• Lead aspects of design, development, and mentoring of resources

• Experience with various Cloud platforms and technologies
• Experience working with multiple project methodologies, including agile, scrum, and waterfall
• Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
• Willingness to go the extra mile for the client
• Dedication to a teamoriented environment with the ability to drive and lead by example
• Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders
• A positive attitude and selfmotivated with a thirst for knowledge
• Ability to travel at least 50%
