Our role on the global market is to deliver innovation, supporting our creativity with sound technical and scientific expertise.

Posizione:

In order to implement our Executive Services, we are looking for a Receptionist.

Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant you will manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

You will be the first point of contact for our company; welcoming clients and greetings people who visit the business.

You should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Requisiti:

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Professional attitude and appearance
Good knowledge of English
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
References are required
