We offer an opportunity to work with a key player in Digital Certificate Management, legally binding signatures and robust authentication provider, in a dynamic, challenging, international work environment.
For our Quality & Support department in Esignworld we are looking for a Help Desk / Tester - INTERNSHIP.
What will your activities be?
After an in-depth training, your main functions and tasks will be:
- For HELP DESK tasks:
- Management of the issue received in the ticketing platform
- Creation and revision of user manuals
- Creation of training materials for partners and customers
- For TESTER tasks:
- Detect errors and malfunctions of Euronovate product functionality (software and hardware)
- Creation of automatic software tests
What are we looking for?
- Attention to details
- Better if recently graduated in High School Computer Science or with some experience in computer science
- Aptitude to continuous updating
- Ability to work in team
- Flexibility with working hours
- English: Medium Level (B1)
- Great desire to learn and grow
