Bagnolo Cremasco - hybrid position

Position Description

We are seeking someone to join us for a hybrid role based at our plant in Bagnolo Cremasco. This position is part of the Global Procurement Organization within TASKI, a business unit of Diversey. On a day-to-day basis the role is accountable for providing administrative Procurement support.


The main responsibilities include managing administrative processes related to procurement activities, providing communication and guidance to internal stakeholders/suppliers on project-related matters, and maintaining data in our ERP systems.


Main responsibilities:

  • TASKI Procurement administrative support to various procurement activities and processes;
  • Procurement master data maintenance in SAP; i.e. SKU creation, Price updating, maintaining Purchase Info Records;
  • Providing effective communications and guidance to suppliers on projectrelated matters (collecting data, creating trackers, recording results, followup with vendors and update/maintaining databases);
  • Managing supplier master data updates;
  • Invoice issue verification, root cause analysis and set actions to resolve;
  • Contributing/supporting Procurement managers on savings projects to achieve procurement targets;
  • Providing monthly feedstock reports for raw materials;
  • Create detailed tracking and reporting sheets in Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Communicating product changes (ECN process), quality issues and test reports to suppliers and accurate followup.

Requirements:


  • College degree or functional equivalent;
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written;
  • Excellent Excel and Google sheet skills is beneficial;
  • Precision, accuracy & care for details;
  • Experience with SAP is a pre, not a must;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Flexible and capable of prioritizing workload;
  • Team player in an international & multidisciplinary environment.
