About the Role

The E-commerce SW Engineer will lead the design and development for a new divisional product dedicated to the E-Commerce market within Coesia.

He/she will be part of a team responsible to guide, in connection with local R&D and Engineering teams across the division, the control system & HMI development for automatic packaging solutions and logistics plants.

The SW Engineer will be part of a brand-new team and will be directly reporting to the Technical Project Leader.

Main responsibilities include:

Managing all the technical aspects related to the project with an endtoend approach, including validation and testing phase
Developing the internal knowhow on machinery dedicated to the E-Commerce market
Managing external consultants dedicated to the project
Supervising the entire SW project once validated, becoming the reference point of the product
Being the main stakeholder of the global ecommerce project within the group

What You Need to Be Successful

3/5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce machineries' design
Master's degree in automation engineering
Good knowledge of HMI and PLC programming
Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral
Strong aptitude for creating and reinforcing interpersonal relationships
Personal drive and result oriented
Effective communication skills to easily build trust towards colleagues and stakeholders
