Search for a Chief Financial Officer

A leading company is seeking an experienced CFO to join its executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning and leadership.

The successful CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, budgeting process and accounting functions. He/She will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and profitability.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy to optimize economic performance.
• Servicing all activities related to accounting, treasury control, balance sheet supervision as well as monitoring cash flow.
• Maintaining compliance with tax regulations, supervising legal requirements along with ensuring timely closure of annual budgets in collaboration with external accountants.
