ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB


We are looking for a Logistics Customer Service E-commerce Analyst to join our team of experts and support our Logistics Customer Service team.

As a member of our Logistics Customer Service team, you will be responsible for a dual role involving data analysis and logistics customer service activities.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The main focus of the role is to support our ecom operations team by analyzing data, identifying trends and insights useful for operational improvements.

As part of the ecom logistics customer service team, you will provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status and any other logistics-related queries.


These will be your major responsibilities:

  • To monitor real time the SAP tables on RTTF to identify anomalies
  • To develop reports to help focus attention on critical KPI's and logistics service levels
  • To develop and improve policies and processes and train employees accordingly
  • To work closely with internal stakeholders and external business partners
  • Escalation analysis and tickets management
  • To maintain reports daily for orders monitoring and weekly analysis.

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in complex business contexts and large organizations
  • You have strong problem solving skills
  • You have solid experience with Microsoft Office software packages, especially Excel, SAP a plus
  • You have solid experience in analysis instruments
  • You have knowledge of research practices and reporting capabilities
  • You are fluent in Italian and English (French is a nice to have)
  • Willingness to relocate to Belluno
