Junior Legal Specialist (fixed term contract) - protected categories Law 68/99

We are a growing team looking for a Junior Legal Specialist to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics.

You would join our Legal Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Team Lead Legal.

This job position is open to persons registered in the list of protected categories pursuant to Law 68/99.

About The Role


As a Junior Legal Specialist you will support the Legal team on the core day-by-day activities and you will be responsible for handling claims with the internal and external stakeholders, offering the best solution in a timely manner.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

- handle claims and manage relationships with the parties involved (e.g., insurance brokers, customers, carriers, etc.);
- support the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of domestic and international contracts;
- ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR and in general with Italian and European legislation;
- verify and validate procurement processes in collaboration with relevant departments;
- coordinate with the various functions for legal issues in the business environment.


PREFERABLY YOU HAVE:


  • 23 years of professional experience, preferably in a logistics field;
- a law degree (the completed forensic practice is a plus);
- great problem-solving skills as well as an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting;
- great communication and negotiation skills and a goal-oriented approach;
- the ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English;
- ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-through even working on a wide range of projects;
- a good knowledge and use of MS Office.
