In Tyre Solutions, one of the four Line of Business (LoB) within Bridgestone Mobility Solutions BU, we start from a Tire Centric approach but we go beyond Tire, by creating the link between our current Core Business (Tire & Rubber) and more advanced Mobility Solutions.

This we achieve by adding technology which allows us to propose more data-driven decisions and increase our Value Propositions for our Customers, for our Retail organization and for selected Business Partners.

We target Private Customers, Fleets, OEMs.
We Incubate, Co-develop, Deploy Data-Driven Subscription-based Solutions.

Our ultimate goal is to deliver new sustainable and profitable Business Streams contributing to transform Bridgestone to become the most trusted partner in mobility solutions.

Job purposeThe main scope of the MOBOX Area Sales Manager is to manage following responsibilities:

Responsible for the activation, training, coaching and sales performance of the partner retail shops.
Responsible to facilitate and support dedicated fleet acquisition activities.

Ensure active follow up of each retail shop performance in order to detect areas of improvement (with implementation of counter measures) and best practices to share amongst the Mobox partner stores.

Actively be involved in setting up the right sales tools, ranging from training material to dedicated (trade) marketing activities. As well be the eyes-ears for various functions to voice the insights from the market.

Here is a little taste of your challenge:
1) Manage and support Mobox implementation at Retail levelEnsure training and coaching of Channel Partner Area Managers, POS Managers & POS ReceptionIdentifying strengths & area of improvement in Mobox sales process.
Improving sales argumentation and answer to objections, leading by example.
Optimizing sales by monitoring proposal & conversion ratios.
Ensuring knowledge of systems Retail ERP Mobox.

Plan activation and follow-up visits of shopsin assigned Area of responsibilitymunicate changes in products, promotions, pricing, campaigns, platform and system procedures.

Contribute in developing sales scripts, training and workflows.

Escalate blocking points at shop level to SalesCo Area Managers, Retail Area Managers, Retail Internal Trainers, Mobox Business & teams.

Fill-in pre-defined daily reports to follow-up POS visit and monitor their performance and activities based on given KPIs.
Share strengths & area for development with Channel Partner Area Managers / retail shops in charge of POS performance.
Contribute in marketing initiative execution at shop level (e.g. messenger campaigns, ).2) SalesFacilitate and support the active acquisition of new MOBOX fleets in coordination with local POS in the assigned area. This includes detecting opportunities, actively pitching and contracting our solutions to target fleets.3) CollaborationCollaborate with the Customer Care team to achieve best dealer and customer UX.Actively involved to share the voice from the market.

Proven training or coaching skills.
Proven sales skills, experience in fleet business (car and/or trucks - vehicles).Planning & organizational skills.
High learning & adaptation capability.
You have an entrepreneurial and start up mindset with a hands-on attitude.


Degree expected:
Bachelor or Master degree

Length:
Minimum 5- years of relevant professional experience in Sales and/or Training.

Ideally a 1st experience in sales in subscription economy (mobile, Internet, ).Experience in Retail, KAM, selling products at Reception would be a plus.

Previous work experience in a pan-European multi-lingual environment a plus.
Basic in English and fluent in local country language(s).
