Department VIII - Joint IT Service Provider - of the ZBFS is the "IT service provider" for both the ZBFS and the Bavarian State Ministry of Family, Importante Azienda and Social Affairs and its affiliated jurisdictions.

Technical advice and support for our specialist departments in the role of service manager (M/F)
You will play a key role in shaping the ZBFS on its way to becoming a digital self-service provider.
Your professional profile Bachelor's degree or a HAW / FH diploma in an IT-oriented course of study (e.g. business informatics, media informatics, bioinformatics) or a corresponding education.
Experience in project or requirements management and in the creation of requirements and specifications.
Understanding of IT infrastructures and their hardware or software components.
Your personal profile Positive basic attitude towards the state
Fairness / tolerance, helpfulness
Honesty, conscientiousness / sense of duty, reliability
Strong communication and negotiation skills with service providers and customers
