HR Administration Specialist
The Operations Business Unit is delivering HR to manage employees and payroll for Italy


Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect relevant employee information (leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules), manage monthly payroll run for internal employees dealing with the thirdparty provider (external company) for payroll processing
  • Manage for the execution of payroll tasks processing required documents: Payroll Calendar, Time & Attendance, data input review, hiring and termination process
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave); Update HR database and maintain employee records
  • Support the HR Manager in various HRrelated topics (e.g. relevant communications to ee's, policy update)
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of Alight's services: HR Administration, OneHR, Global People Operations, HRIS system (Workday)
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, promotion letters, bonus and leavers
  • Operational management of Company's benefits (insurances, company cars, funds)
  • Understand the Italian Payroll Legislation and know how to identify the details.
  • Process employee's request and provide, as point of contact, relevant information
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explain company policies
  • Collaborate with Global HR Team to deliver and organize local employee administration needs

Business Related Skills

  • 25 years' experience with HR Administration
  • Good influencing skills, both internally and externally.
  • Italian native and English fluent.
  • Knowledge in Italian Legislation and payroll main pillar
  • Cooperative team worker
  • Experience of working in a complex matrix structure.
  • Understanding of delivery models from global delivery center perspective.
  • Highly flexible approach to working hours.
  • Attention to details, understanding priorities
  • Take ownership and be responsible within the activities of the role
