1. Responsible for collecting, selecting, promoting, and quoting information on foreign children's books, keeping up-to-date with international bestsellers.- Maintain regular communication with domestic and overseas clients (publishers, authors, book companies, copyright agencies, etc.), develop new client resources, and conduct periodic visits to ensure long-term cooperative relationships.
- Participate in various major book fairs in Europe, develop new client resources, and follow up on key projects.
- Draft and translate European and American copyright contracts, complete the contract signing process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, publishing, editing, English, or related fields. Proficiency in English (CET-8 or equivalent) and fluent in Chinese and English for Italian citizens.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, familiarity with both domestic and international children's book markets, and knowledge of the entire process of importing and exporting book copyrights.
- Possess rich industry resources and book selection capabilities, able to quickly provide feedback on the dynamics of introducing and exporting books domestically and internationally.
- Strong execution ability, excellent interpersonal communication skills, outstanding language expression, and negotiation skills.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid (3 days in Como office, 2 days remote)_
