Silvia and Riccardo Baracchis 17th century family residence, set amongst the vineyards and olive trees that surround the small Etruscan city of Cortona, is a true delight. The guest rooms, located around the main residence, have all the simplicity of a Tuscan villa. The terraces of the former winter garden, with their heady aromas of rose, offer superb vistas over the neighbouring countryside. A sophisticated restaurant erves cuisine, reflecting the flavours and fragrances of the terroir. The Thesan Etruscan spa offers exclusive, luxury rituals. Job description

**In accordo e sotto la supervisione dello Chef, la risorsa**:

- Si occupa delle preparazioni e del servizio durante le colazioni
- Utilizza gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti
- controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate
- collabora nel riordino e nella pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro a fine servizio
- lavora la mattina in postazione in sala colazioni di fronte ai clienti

In agreement and under the supervision of the Chef, the resource:

- It takes care of the preparations and the service during the breakfasts
- Use ingredients respecting established quality standards
- checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
- collaborates in the reorganization and cleaning of their workplace at the end of the service
- works in the morning in the breakfast room in front of customers

Contratto a tempo determinato (marzo
- novembre 2024) con possibilità di conferma per la stagione successiva
- CCNL Turismo. L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all'esperienza
- Disponibilità full time
- Vitto e Alloggio

Fixed-term contract (March
- November 2024) with the possibility of confirmation for the following season CCNL Tourism.
The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience

Profile description

Qualifiche
Diploma/qualifica/corsi di specializzazione
Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno un anno maturata in hotel di alta gamma e/o Relais & Chateaux
Conoscenze sulla cottura e sulle tecniche di conservazione dei cibi
Completano il profilo la passione, le capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo

Diploma / qualification / specialization courses
Experience in the role of at least one year gained in high-end hotels and / or Relais & Chateaux
Knowledge of cooking and food preservation techniques
Passion, organizational and time management skills complete the profile
