- Predisporre capitolati e contratti per prestazioni professionali, lavori, manutenzioni e forniture da parte di appaltatori terzi;
- Coordinare la predisposizione di contratti per prestazioni di servizi e/o locazioni intercompany;
- Supporto tecnico/amministrativo nella gestione degli impianti di trattamento, recupero e smaltimento dei rifiuti presenti nell'area di competenza;
- Predisposizione di procedure, istruzioni, modulistica e documentazione/modelli di "sistema" per ottimizzare e standardizzare attività individuando Best Practice da estendere all'interno degli impianti di trattamento;
- Curare e seguire l'iter di inserimento di nuove realtà aziendali/industriali che dovessero confluire all'interno del perimetro di competenza;
- Coordinare pratiche autorizzative ed avviare nuovi progetti/iniziative;
- Analizzare gli atti autorizzativi degli impianti per supportarli nella definizione di monitoraggi e prescrizioni in essi contenuti;
- Supportare gli impianti nelle manutenzioni straordinarie che dovessero rendersi necessarie;
- Assistenza e controllo dei lavori di competenza presso gli impianti, curando i rapporti con gli appaltatori sia dal punto di vista tecnico che di sicurezza;
- Seguire gli aspetti legislativi/normativi calandoli nella applicazione della realtà impiantistica di riferimento;
- Gestione rapporti con gli enti esterni (province, comuni, ARPA, ATS, ecc.);
- Predisposizione di dashboard dedicate ai diversi processi;
- Analisi dei dati di processo e di monitoraggio degli impianti, con individuazione di opportuni indicatori ed eventuale sviluppo di modelli;
- Implementazione utilizzo di nuovi software per aumentare la digitalizzazione delle attività, interfacciandosi anche con l'IT aziendale.
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Civile o Ambientale;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e Autocad (la conoscenza del SW PowerBI di Microsoft è facoltativa, ma costituisce requisito preferenziale);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Non è necessario che il candidato sia già iscritto all'albo, ma è preferibile che intenda sostenere l'esame di abilitazione alla professione nel breve-medio periodo;
- Capacità di lavoro in gruppo, flessibilità ed attitudine ad affrontare diverse tipologie di lavoro, anche in urgenza;
- Disponibilità a trasferte giornaliere sui diversi cantieri/impianti.

Per la nostra sede di Brescia stiamo cercando persone motivate con laurea in Ingegneria Civile o Ambientale per potenziare il team Servizio Tecnico Impianti di Trattamento della società A2A Ambiente. La struttura ha la principale responsabilità di supportare le strutture organizzative preposte alle attività di progettazione e pratiche autorizzative; Individuare le necessità di adeguamento tecnologico degli impianti di competenza; Supportare i responsabili di impianto nell'esecuzione di manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie; Provvedere a supportare i responsabili di impianto per garantire il rispetto delle autorizzazioni e delle leggi e per definire i processi operativi; Mantenere i rapporti con gli Enti di riferimento (quali, ad esempio, Regione, Provincia, Comuni, ARPA, ATS) in relazione alle attività svolte.

L'inserimento avverrà in A2A Ambiente, società del Gruppo A2A che opera nell'ambito delle attività di recupero di materie ed energia attraverso la valorizzazione dei rifiuti negli impianti di termovalorizzazione e di trattamento, all'avanguardia nel settore dei servizi ambientali, con un'ampia dotazione di impianti tecnologicamente innovativi, tra cui due impianti di recupero della plastica in Piemonte e in Lombardia e tre impianti di cogenerazione ad alta efficienza a servizio delle reti urbane di teleriscaldamento di Bergamo, Brescia e Milano.
