Job Description:

Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting from October 30th, 2023, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Marketing team.

Key Accountabilities:

Support the tutor in reviewing and coordinating incoming media plans and updates from the regions, providing feedback aligned with the central strategy and guidelines.
Update all internal documents and systems related to media planning, including flowcharts and summary decks, internal budgeting systems, etc.
Connect with all relevant internal departments, including creative, legal, ecommerce, social media, and global.
Learn how to build relationships with external vendors and publishers.
Support the tutor in managing the daytoday communication with our partner agencies, running our weekly status calls, and updating the discussion agendas.

What are the basics?

You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business Management or related fields.
Previous curricular/extracurricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

How will the Recruitment process look like?

The selection process will be starting in September 202- If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)

After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team.
The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
