What to Expect- As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and superior experience to our customers who are collecting their new Tesla. You will be part of the frontofhouse team who supports sales and delivery activities, specifically acting as a delivery handover expert who can answer any questions that our customers may have about their new car. At Tesla, we believe that every customer deserves a frictionless and exceptional experience with their Tesla vehicle, your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that each customer feels valued, heard, and supported.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a positive and memorable first impression
- Assist with the delivery process, including showing customers to their vehicle and providing a final checkout experience
- Provide customers with a product orientation, highlighting key features and providing guidance on how to operate the vehicle and use its various features ahead of driving away in their new car
- Verify and confirm all required documents are present and in order prior to delivery
- Conduct predelivery inspections to ensure each vehicle meets Tesla's high standards for quality
- Act as a point of contact for postsale inquiries, providing assistance and support as required
- Liaise with the delivery team, ensuring that customers are kept uptodate on their vehicle's progress and receive regular updates on delivery timelines
- Where necessary be on hand to support the facilitation of test drives, highlighting the vehicle's capabilities, safety features, and performance characteristics
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing an excellent customer experience that is reflective of Tesla's values
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with customers
Ability to communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required
Fluent in English and Italian
