ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Financial Planning & Analysis division plays a key role in turning the vision of TeamSystem Group into reality.

The team supports the CEO, CFO, Business Units and Central Functions providing them data & analytics that drive group strategic choices.

We are looking a Planning and Investor relationship Manager for our FP&A division.

You will be a critical part of a global team tasked with strategic analysis across multiple dimensions, geographies, competitive landscapes.

This highly visible role will report to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and support our leadership team into strategic decision making and support us to handle the relations with the investors (Private Equity Fund).

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Be accountable for the long term business plan and annual update;
Provide support for the development of new strategic business cases and accelerators to the strategic plan in collaboration with CEO Office/Strategic Project department;
Manage the monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders and quarterly reporting for bondholders;
Coordinate and improve budget and forecast processes with Business Units and Central Function in collaboration with BU and Cost Controllers;
Support the CFO in the refinancing activities;
Lead, empower and coordinate a consultants's team involved in extraordinary operations.

Excellent ability on financial modelling activities;
Strong leadership and influencing skills;
Strong collaboration and team working skills;
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, workstreams and potentially multiple projects;
Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goaloriented;
Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize his activities/tasks and to guide initiatives involving multifunctional teams with many colleagues;
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills to resolve complex situations and to find alternative and practical solutions; strategic minded;
Ability to lead/coordinate meetings with multiple participants/interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

46 years of experience in primary Management Consulting Firms;
Familiar with working in a large organisation (e.g., working cross functionally/departmentally) and in fast changing environments;
Flexibility in travelling for work;
MSc in Economics or Engineering;
Italian and English proficient knowledge.
