About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and precise

Accounting Receivable Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
Responsibilities

Book and allocate Italian/foreign collections to the related customer accounts
Correctly manage the active schedule to send reminder letters
Reconcile the balance sheet accounts
Promptly record accruals, deferrals, invoices/credit notes to be issued
Manage foreign exchange differences
Reconcile receipts with credit cards and FinTech services
Submit, allocate and reconcile direct debits
Manage the correct accounting records for free gifts
Manage the debt collection and Litigation
Carry out cash Reconciliation (Stores, etc.)
Ensure the provision of monthly data for management reporting

Requirements
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

Master's Degree in Economics
35 years' experience in an Accounting Department Office
Experience in financial solutions management
Knowledge of ERP systems
Excellent time and project management skills
Fluency in Italian and English
