We are seeking a talented UX HMI Designer to collaborate with our team in shaping the human-machine interface of future vehicles, placing user needs and preferences at the forefront of our solutions.

User Research and Analysis:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors in using HMI systems within the vehicle, including infotainment, dashboard, display, and steering wheel controls
User-Centered Design:
Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to translate research findings into innovative and intuitive design solutions, considering usability best practices and user needs
Prototyping and Testing:
Create user interface prototypes using design and prototyping tools. Conduct usability and user experience tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions and gather feedback for future iterations.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with software engineers, UX/UI designers, design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between user needs, product specifications, and technical capabilities
Continuous Optimization:
Monitor user interface usage and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Contribute to the continuous evolution of HMI design through data-driven iterations and user feedback.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, or related field.
Previous experience in UX/UI research, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
Proficiency in using design and prototyping software tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and trends in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of both Italian and EnglishOther informationFull Time
